One of the major problems encountered in factories is the maintenance of production equipments. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the failures of the centrifugal pump units used in the Regideso / Lukaya plant to draw and distribute water, while investigating their causes. The results expressed graphically showed us that the pump units regularly experienced problems, a situation that led to periods of instability in the distribution of water.
The reliability indicators determine the state of equipments in operation. In this article we have calculated the different reliability indicators of the pump units of the Lukaya pumping plant used for the collection and the discharge of water.
The values found made it possible to understand that the motor pump units are experiencing more and more a loss of performance and calls for the improvement of the practical availability variable.
It is not to show how biomaterials earn significant gap in the evolutionary perspective of man.
In this article, we initially developed the concepts of materials and biomaterials. Then we are interested in studying the cardiovascular system of the human body, which allowed us to identify the bodies of the latter can be replaced or reinforced biomaterials. Given our research subject, we exploited Matrix Laboratory software (MatLab) to determine the characteristics of a new biomaterial bringing organic aorta.
The Aneurysm is an expansion or distension of the wall of a blood vessel, however, this study is based on the abdominal aorta, a segment of the aorta that gives rise to the celiac trunk that divides into gastric arteries, liver and spleen. We designed physical model with the software Solidwokes. This software has allowed us to visualize the Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, we have noticed an increase in the diameter of the aorta where less than 50% aver the normal aorta. The mathematical models of blood flow in the abdominal aorta aneurismed were made based on the exploitation of Navier Stokes equations, for the finite difference method and that of the law of conservation of momentum. These math modes show that in the Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm it has increase the upstream pressure of blood and decrease downstream.
