This work aimed to contribute to the identification of the socio-economic determinants of use of curative services in the MWANA health zone, during the year 2023. The data being collected by survey questionnaire at 311. The data were entered and analyzed in Excel and using JASP 0.18.1.0 software (descriptive statistics, binomial test and CHAPIRO WILK test. To obtain the results, we randomly selected two sub-Villages in each area of health Once in the AS, the direction to take was drawn at random by the so-called «bottle» method. With the random number table, the investigators had to draw a house at random. and start the survey with this house They had to continue the survey with the second closest house and so on until reaching the required number of households. The results show that the Prayer Room is the subject of the first therapeutic recourse with 41% of our respondents followed by pharmaceutical pharmacies and health structures not integrated by the area, then it allowed us to describe the socio-economic characteristics of the households such as non-membership of mutual health insurance (95.5%), poverty (75.7%), religious belief (73%) and low level of education (64.4%) negatively impacting use of curative services the health zone; 81% of expenses are oriented towards health for respondents who used the integrated curative service and only 26% are oriented towards health for respondents who used informal routes.
