In recent years, we have been witnessing profound economic changes which imply a change in organizational boundaries. We note that the inter-organizational mode of operation is more and more relevant, it is thus presented as the appropriate scope for implementing new forms of governance in the service of innovation.Therefore, this article is an opportunity to make a synthesis of the literature having apprehended the concept of governance of territorialized networks of organization and its role in the performance of companies and networks as well as the territory.
