Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) is a complex pathologic entity requiring adequate management and surveillance to prevent and diagnose patients with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) early. causing a major myometrial invasion leading in rare cases to uterine rupture, reporting in this article a case of uterine rupture on GTN, this is one of the rare case published, we present the case of 25-year-old patient, followed for GTD moving to GTN, chemotherapy was started according to the FIGO score which classified her at low risk, she consulted in a state of shock, the diagnosis of hemoperitoneum was made, emergency laparotomy revealed uterine rupture requiring haemostatic hysterectomy.

La maladie trophoblastique gestationnelle (MTG) constitue une entité pathologique complexe, nécessitant prise en charge adéquate et une surveillance étroite, afin de prévenir et de faire un diagnostic précoce en cas d’évolution vers une tumeur trophoblastique gestationnelle (TTG), cette dernière peut être à l’origine d’une invasion myométriale importante conduisant dans des rares cas à une rupture utérine, nous rapportant dans cet article un cas de rupture utérine sur TTG, c’est l’un des rare cas publié, survenue chez une patiente de 25ans, suivie pour MTG évoluant vers une TTG, la chimiothérapie a été démarrée selon le score de FIGO qui l’a classée à bas risque, elle a consulté dans un état de choc, le diagnostic d’hémopéritoine a été fait, la laparotomie d’urgence a objectivé une rupture utérine nécessitant l’hystérectomie d’hémostase.
