[ Validation d’un instrument de mesure : Profil Interactionnel des Enseignants (PIE) à travers la relation maître-élève en sixième année primaire ]

Carrying on the validation instrument measuring Interactional profile of teachers through the teacher-pupils relation in the classes of sixth years primary of Isiro, this study want propose a tool of measure of the main-pupils relation in our schools. It is while basing us on the Trainee's Profile Interactional (PIS) that we constructed and arranged the structure and the items of the questionnaire. This instrument is composed of 30 items regroup in four measurements. All main tests for a plausible factorial solution used at the time of two analyses proved to be satisfactory. Is our KMO value of 0.80, is the test of sphericity meaningful (Chi square = 5560.15 to p = 0.00< 0.05). Also, the value of α coefficient (0.68) is acceptable. These results indicate the validity of constructs of our questionnaire. Taken into consideration these results, we reached our objective, the one to construct a psychometric instrument from our model of the departure to measure the quality of the Teacher-pupils relation in the classes of sixth year’s primary of Isiro. The final structure of this instrument (Interactional Profile of the Teacher) is constituted of four factors and 30 items.

Portant sur la validation d’un instrument de mesure de profil des enseignants à travers la relation maître-élèves dans les classes de sixième années primaire d’Isiro, le but principal de cette recherche était de proposer un outil de mesure de la relation maître-élèves dans nos écoles. C’est en nous basant sur le Profil Interactionnel du Stagiaire (PIS) que nous avons construit et aménagé la structure et les items du questionnaire. Cet instrument est composé de 30 items regroupes dans quatre dimensions. Tous les principaux tests pour une solution factorielle plausible utilisés lors de deux analyses se sont révélés satisfaisants. Notre valeur KMO de 0.80 est bon, le test de sphéricité est significatif (Chi carré = 5560.15 à p = 0.00 ≤ 0.05). Aussi, le coefficient α de 0.68 est acceptable car supérieur à 0.60, seuil minimal. Ces résultats indiquent la validité de construit de notre questionnaire. Eu égard à ces résultats, nous avons atteint notre objectif, celui de construire un instrument psychométrique à partir de notre modèle du départ pour mesurer la qualité de la relation maître-élèves dans les classes de sixième années primaire d’Isiro. La structure finale de cet instrument (Profil Interactionnel de l’Enseignant) est constituée de quatre facteurs et de 30 items.
