The labor economics is a science that deals with the study of phenomena that affect the functioning of labor markets, economic analysis of these markets is based on surveys of households, workers and enterprises. The studies in employability have a very important contribution in economic analyzes of the labor market, it is a complex and organized phenomenon, which can synthesize the employment policy applied in a country. Profesionnal training has an effective role in the integration of young people into the labor market, as human capital is considered as the most important capital in an economy, "It is not wealth that man", launched by Adam Smith can justify the important place occupied by the theory of human capital in economic analyzes. Therefore, this study focuses on the question of the integration of the winners of the institutions of the Office of Professional Training and Labour Promotion, the rate it reached 61.68% and on the issue of the adequacy between training and employment that are correlated only by 32%, which is explained by the structural problems known by the Moroccan labor market.

Abstract

L’économie du travail est une science qui s’intéresse à l’étude des phénomènes qui concernent le fonctionnement des marchés du travail, l’analyse économique de ces marchés se base sur les enquêtes menées auprès des ménages, des travailleurs et des entreprises. Les travaux sur l’insertion professionnelle présentent un apport très important dans les analyses économiques du marché du travail, elle est un phénomène complexe et organisé, qui peut synthétiser la politique de l’emploi appliquée dans un pays. La formation professionnelle aussi joue un rôle efficace dans l’insertion des jeunes sur le marché du travail, puisque le capital humain est considéré comme le capital le plus intéressant dans une économie, Il n’est de richesse que l’homme, lancé par Adam Smith, peut justifier la place importante occupée par la théorie du capital humain dans les analyses économiques. De ce fait, cet étude a met l’accent sur, la question de l’insertion des lauréats des institutions de l’office de la formation professionnelle et la promotion du travail, le taux de cette dernière atteint 61,68%, ainsi que sur la problématique de l’adéquation entre la formation et l’emploi qui sont corrélés seulement de 32%, ce qui est expliqué par les problèmes structurels connus par le marché du travail marocain.
