The importance of banking sector for financing economy has already proved. In Democratic Republic of Congo, we observe afresh a significant evolution since 2005 which remains marked up by existence of growing number of banking group agencies. 13 commercial banks are in Goma today while only six in 2005, and the number of bank accounts opened in banks has significantly accrued from 30 000 in 2005 up to 334 000 in 2015. The growth rate in banking sector has been extremely accrued from ten years passed. The total asset of all banks passed from 300 million USD in 2002 up to 14,1 billion USD in 2015 ended. Tne Rawbank is a commercial bank of DRC regulations found in May 2001. This branch of indian Rawji Group has runned up itself at the first range of congolese banking market with around 21% market portion of which 5% for Goma agency only. We want to find out what are the factors (determinants) which motivate clients to choose Rawbank especially it became within 12 years the first bank in DRC in terms of Deposit asset and client number.

L’importance du secteur bancaire pour le financement d’une économie n’est plus à démontrer. En République Démocratique du Congo, il s’observe à nouveau une évolution significative depuis 2005 qui reste marquée par l’existence de nombre croissant des Agences des groupes bancaires. 13 Banques commerciales sont opérationnelles à Goma, contre seulement six en 2005, et le nombre de comptes ouverts en banque a fortement augmenté, passant de 30 000 en 2005 à 334000 en 2015. Le taux de croissance dans le secteur bancaire a été extrêmement élevé durant les dix dernières années. Le total des actifs de l’ensemble des banques étant passé de 300 million USD en 2002 à 14,1 milliards USD à fin 2015. La RAWBANK est une banque commerciale de droit congolais fondée en Mai 2001. Cette filiale du groupe indien Rawji s'est hissée au premier rang du marché bancaire congolais avec près de 21% de part de marché dont 5% attribué à l’Agence de Goma. Nous voudrons dégager les facteurs qui motivent les clients à choisir la Rawbank, au point qu’elle est devenue en 12 ans d’existence la première banque en RDC en termes d’actif, des dépôts et de nombre des clients.
