In the process of modern society edification, a major fact has led to the irreversible changes in people’s ways of working, thinking, trading, communicating, learning, and so on. These changes concern the rapid development of Information and Communication Technologies and their ability to impose themselves as an absolute must in all sectors of activity, including education. This article attempts to analyse the issue of the diffusion and pedagogical integration of new technologies in primary education in the district of Bouaké. This analysis aims at highlighting the level of popularization of these digital tools in the primary schools of this district in Côte d'Ivoire. In addition, it assesses the policy of educational integration of information and communication technologies in primary schools. The questionnaire was implemented on the basis of the study objectives and hypotheses, together with the exploitation of numerous documents from the Internet and other specific works, has permitted us to get the following findings. In the primary education of Bouaké district, the level of diffusion of digital tools is still very low. Therefore, the pedagogical integration of Information and Communication Technologies into primary education remains laborious. In that respect, till now, primary education does not benefit from the added value of these technologies in the process of transmission and dissemination of knowledge.

Dans le processus de construction de la société moderne, un fait majeur a entrainé des transformations irréversibles dans les modes de travailler, de penser, de commercer, de communiquer, d’apprendre, etc. Il s’agit du développement fulgurant des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication et leur capacité à investir tous les secteurs d’activités dont celui de l’enseignement. Ce présent article tente d’analyser la problématique de la diffusion puis de l’intégration pédagogique des nouvelles technologies dans l’enseignement primaire à Bouaké. Cette analyse permettra de mettre en exergue le niveau de vulgarisation de ces outils numériques dans les écoles primaires de cette ville de la Côte d’Ivoire. En outre, il évalue également la politique d’intégration pédagogique des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication en vigueur au sein des écoles primaires. Le questionnaire réalisé sur la base des objectifs et des hypothèses de l’étude, conjugué à l’exploitation de nombre de documents issus de l’Internet et autres ouvrages spécifiques a permis d’arriver aux résultats suivants. Dans l’enseignement primaire de la ville de Bouaké, le niveau de diffusion des outils numériques est encore très faible. Par conséquent, l’intégration pédagogique des Technologies de l’information et de la communication à l’enseignement primaire demeure laborieuse. De ce fait, jusqu’à présent, cet enseignement ne bénéficie pas de la valeur ajoutée de ces technologies dans le processus de transmission et de diffusion des savoirs.
