This study is part of the analytical collection report with the objective of presenting the ISM/Bunia Library and its documentary collections. To have a topographical overview of this library and the collection of its documentary content, four technical aspects were retained, namely the number of works, classification, age of the collection and language of publication. The collection and presentation of the related data was made possible thanks to the registration and topographical registers established taking into account certain requirements of decimal classification. After analyzing the summary of this report on its geographical area and the collection of documentary resources, it is essential that the program of the said structure be reinforced to the international standard of a modern library with all the classic compartmentalized services; followed by the increase in the collection of its documentary resources in compliance with UNESCO standards; finally, that it strives to acquire the most recent collections of class 600-699 linked to organized training.

La présente étude s’inscrit dans le cadre de rapport de collection analytique avec l’objectif de présenter la Bibliothèque de l’ISM/Bunia et ses collections documentaire. Pour avoir un l’aperçu topographique de cette bibliothèque et la collection de son fond documentaire, quatre aspects techniques ont été retenus, à savoir le nombre d’ouvrage, la classification, l’âge de la collection et langue d’édition. La récolte et la présentation des données y afférentes ont été rendues possibles grâce aux registres d’enregistrement et topographique établis en tenant compte de certaines exigences de la classification décimale. Après avoir analysé le condensé du présent rapport sur sa circonscription géographique et la collection du fond documentaire, Il est indispensable que le programme de ladite structure soient renforcé au standard international d’une bibliothèque moderne avec tous les services compartimentés classiques; suivie de l’accroissement de la collection de son fond documentaire en respectent la norme de l’UNESCO; enfin, qu’elle s’efforce d’acquérir les collections le plus récentes de la classe 600-699 liées à la formation organisé.
