A «Computer Obscurantism» hovered dangerously on applications in Computer Sciences in the domain of networks and telecommunications in Africa, specially in Democratic Republic of Congo. The using of extrinsic methods to Computer Sciences sake in majority events the realization of prevaricated results. Inclined by the desire to see the Computer Sciences be really vehicled in their Africa’s quintessence in general manner and specifically in Democratic Republic of Congo, we have chosen to redact this article which is about the «Conceptual Approach of Technique System», gage of the emergency of a good economy based on local talents and no comes from the stranger. The choice is taken from the Structured Analysis Design Technique method for the case of application «Unified Computing System». It’s about on this example to present the conception’s steps for the system integration of unified Informatics Cisco in the network answering to the principle disponibility; That’s to say, predict the rendonduncy of interconnexion equipments and to separate the traffics by the creation of the network segments vituals privy. Un «obscurantisme informatique» planait dangereusement sur la conception des applications en sciences informatique dans le domaine de réseaux et télécommunication en Afrique, spécialement en République Démocratique du Congo. L’utilisation des méthodes extrinsèques aux sciences informatiques cause dans la plupart de cas la réalisation de résultats biaisés. Porté par le désir de voir les sciences informatiques être réellement véhiculés dans leur totale quintessence en Afrique de manière générale et spécifiquement en République Démocratique du Congo, nous avons choisi de rédiger cet article qui porte sur l’«Approche Conceptuelle de Système Informatique», gage de l’émergence d’une vraie économie numérique basée sur les talents locaux et non subie de l’étranger. Le choix est porté sur la méthode Structured Analysis and Design Technique pour un cas d’application «Unified Computing System». Il s’agit dans cet exemple de présenter les étapes de la conception pour l’intégration du système d’informatique unifiée de Cisco dans un réseau répondant au principe de la disponibilité; c’est-à-dire prévoir la redondance des équipements d’interconnexion et séparer les trafics par la création des segments des réseaux privés virtuels.
