The research discussed the concept of aesthetic experience and the opinions of philosophers about it. It focused on the philosopher John Dewey's concept in its interpretation, and the relationship of aesthetic experience in the artist's creation of symbolic connotations in artistic printmaking.، The research problem was summarized in the following question: What is the relationship of aesthetic experience in the innovation of symbolic connotations in printmaking design? This research aims to identify the concept of aesthetic experience and the problem of opinions about it, as well as identifying what symbolic connotations are. It also aims to reveal how aesthetic experience is related in the creation of symbolic connotations in printmaking design. The research hypothesized that aesthetic experience might contribute to the creation of symbolic connotations in printmaking design. The most important results were summarized in the importance of the ordinary experiences that the individual goes through, which are consistently associated with the aesthetic experience. and that aesthetic experience has an important role in creating symbolic connotations in printmaking design. The study also found that all kinds of symbols are rich sources for the artist through which he expresses the outcome of his experiences in creative printmaking designs and that the artistic expression using symbols emphasizes John Dewey's philosophy of the arts, which says that art does not depend on simulation. The research recommends focusing on studies in the field of aesthetic experience and its importance for the creative artist and the recipient connoisseur of art, concentrating on the development and refinement of the aesthetic sense of the emerging generation, and focusing on gaining aesthetic experience to perceive the manifestations of beauty in the surrounding environment and other experiences in it. The research also recommends paying attention to studies related to symbolic connotations because of their role in developing innovation for the artist in the implementation of printmaking design.

تناول البحث مفهوم الخبرة الجمالية وآراء الفلاسفة حولها، وركز على مفهوم الفيلسوف جون ديوي في تفسيرها، وعلاقة الخبرة الجمالية في ابتكار الفنان للدلالات الرمزية في التصميم الطباعي الفني، وقد تلخصت مشكلة البحث في التساؤل التالي: ما هي علاقة الخبرة الجمالية في ابتكار الدلالات الرمزية في التصميم الطباعي الفني؟ يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم الخبرة الجمالية وإشكالية الآراء حولها، وكذلك التعرف على ماهية الدلالات الرمزية، كما يهدف الى الكشف عن علاقة الخبرة الجمالية في ابتكار الدلالات الرمزية في التصميم الطباعي الفني، وكان فرض البحث أن الخبرة الجمالية قد تساهم في ابتكار الدلالات الرمزية في التصميم الطباعي الفني. تلخصت أهم النتائج في أهمية الخبرات العادية التي يمر بها الفرد والتي ترتبط باتساق مع الخبرة الجمالية، وأن للخبرة الجمالية دور هام في ابتكار الدلالات الرمزية في التصميم الطباعي الفني، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الرموز بأنواعها تعد مصدراً خصباً للفنان يعبر من خلالها عن حصيلة خبراته في تصميمات طباعية إبداعية، وأن التعبير الفني باستخدام الرموز يؤكد على فلسفة جون ديوي للفنون والتي ترى أن الفن لا يعتمد على المحاكاة. ويوصي البحث بالتركيز على الدراسات في مجال الخبرة الجمالية وأهميتها للفنان المبدع وللمتلقي المتذوق للفن، والاهتمام بتنمية وصقل الحس الجمالي لدى الجيل الناشئ والتركيز على اكتساب الخبرة الجمالية لإدراك مظاهر الجمال في البيئة المحيطة وسائر الخبرات فيها، كما يوصي البحث بالاهتمام بالدراسات المتعلقة بالدلالات الرمزية لما لها من دور في تنمية الابتكار لدى الفنان.
