Kant is convinced of the possibility of a peaceful coexistence between individuals and people. In case freedom rises to be judicial, its formalism présumés three a priori conditions to each political organization. They are freedom, equality and independence. Those three a priori conditions highlight the rationality of the reports among people who are determined to live together of the good of all. It’s because they are rational that they are submitted to that venture. It’s because they need the same thing that they are engaged in the achievement of the common purposes through the rule called contract. The later facilitates a peaceful life and wise to be between individuals and peoples.

Kant est convaincu de la possibilité d’une coexistence pacifique entre les personnes et les peuples. Dans la mesure où la liberté s’élève à l’être juridique, son formalisme suppose trois conditions a priori à toute organisation politique. Il s’agit de la liberté, de l’égalité et de l’indépendance. Ces trois a priori viennent souligner la rationalité des rapports entre les peuples qui se déterminent à un vivre ensemble pour l’intérêt de tous. C’est parce qu’ils sont rationnels qu’ils se soumettent à cette entreprise. Parce qu’ils veulent la même chose, ils se s’engagent à l’accomplissement des objectifs communs par la règle appelée contrat. Celui-ci facilite une vie paisible et sensée entre les personnes et les peuples.
