The results of this study, which focused on the profile of kindergarten teachers in Kisangani, show that the teachers working in the schools of Kisangani are qualified. All are trained in the field of teaching. Also, most of the educators had been teaching for between 0 and 10 years (54/80) or in their respective classrooms (66/80). Finally, as compensatory strategies, the majority of the respondents had teacher training, either specific training in the field, ranging from one to nine times.

Les résultats issus de ce travail qui a porté sur le profil des éducatrices de l’enseignement maternel à Kisangani, montrent que les éducatrices œuvrant dans les écoles de Kisangani sont qualifiées. Toutes sont formées dans le domaine de l’enseignement. Aussi, la plupart des éducatrices témoignent d’une ancienneté allant de 0 à 10 ans dans le domaine de l’enseignement (54/80) ou dans leur classe respective (66/80). Enfin, comme stratégies compensatoires, la majorité des enquêtés ont suivi une formation en enseignement, soit une formation spécifique dans le domaine, allant d’une à 9 fois.
