In the context of globalization of trade flow acceleration, agility, reliability and efficiency in logistics management of bilateral and multilateral relations in the port transit for export level emerge as determinants of competitiveness of ports logistics. In this context, this thesis is to identify and explain the indicators of the performance of port transit for export, before testing their effect on improving the competitiveness of ports logistics. To conduct this research, we conducted two studies, an exploratory qualitative and one quantitative confirmatory, and with key stakeholders and actors - both private and public sectors - in the port of Agadir.

Abstract

Dans un contexte mondialisé sujet de nombreuses mutations et changements, l’agilité, la fiabilité et l’efficience logistiques dans la gestion des relations bilatérales et multilatérales au niveau du passage portuaire à l’export s’imposent comme déterminants de la compétitivité logistique des ports. Dans cette optique, ce travail vise à identifier puis expliquer les indicateurs de la performance du passage portuaire à l’export, avant de tester leur effet sur l’amélioration de la compétitivité logistique des ports. Pour mener cette recherche, nous avons effectué deux études, l’une qualitative exploratoire et l’autre quantitative confirmatoire, et ce auprès des principaux intervenants et acteurs - autant du secteur privé que public – au sein du port d’Agadir.
