The present work on « the contribution of agriculture in the economic recovery of the Maniema province from 2010 to 2012 ». The overall objective of this study is to measure the contribution of agricultural production in the recovery Economic development of the Province of Maniema. To achieve this goal, we have formulated our issues around the following questions: What is the contribution of Agriculture in the economic revival of Maniema? And what are the obstacles to the development of the agricultural sector in The Province of Maniema? In view of the concerns raised, we believe that agriculture would not have an impact on the economic recovery of Made of low production. Then we believe that this situation is due more particularly to the lack of several Financing of food security in the province (lack of continual supervision of agri-multipliers, lack of Phyto Sanitary product, climatic disturbance due to irrational deforestations, non-accessibility of several roads of Agricultural service disseminated in the 4 corners of the province of Maniema) and lack of project to raise culture Perennial (agricultural plantations). Indeed, we note that the growth rate of agricultural production in 2011 and 2012 have either reached the negative or dropped to worrying proportions. This drop in production has negatively influenced the ratio of production to population, which ratio determines the degree of satisfaction of the population's food needs by local production. It is noted that this ratio is minimal, which means that the agricultural production of Maniema has not been able to feed the whole population of Maniema. The province, to fill the deficit, proceeds with the importation of the food products thus causing a release of currency and a delay in the economic revival. So, under these conditions, agriculture in Maniema has not been a stimulating element of economic growth.

Le présent travail portant sur « l’apport de l’agriculture dans la relance économique de la province du Maniema de 2010 à 2012 ». L’objectif global de cette étude est celui de mesurer l’apport des productions agricoles dans la relance économique de la province du Maniema. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons formulé notre problématique autour des questions suivantes : Quel est l’apport de l’agriculture dans la relance économique du Maniema ? Et Quels sont les obstacles au développement du secteur agricole dans la province du Maniema ? Au regard des préoccupations soulevées , nous pensons que l’agriculture n’aurait pas d’impact sur la relance économique du fait de la faible production. Ensuite nous estimons que cette situation est due plus particulièrement au manque de plusieurs financement de sécurité alimentaire dans la province (manque d’encadrement continuel des agris multiplicateurs, manque de produit phyto sanitaire, perturbation climatique dû aux déforestations irrationnels, non accessibilité de plusieurs routes de desserte agricole disséminés dans les 4 coins de la province du Maniema) et manque de projet de relance de culture pérenne (les plantations agricoles). En effet, on remarque que le taux de croissance des productions agricoles en 2011 et 2012 ont soit atteint le négatif ou soit chuté à des proportions inquiétantes. Cette chute de la production a influencé négativement le ratio production par rapport à la population, lequel ratio détermine le degré de satisfaction des besoins alimentaires de la population par la production locale. On constate que ce ratio est minime, ce qui signifie que la production agricole du Maniema n’a pas été capable de nourrir toute la population du Maniema. La province, pour combler le déficit, procède à l’importation des produits alimentaires provoquant alors une sortie de devise et un retard dans la relance économique. Donc, dans ces conditions, l’agriculture au Maniema n’a pas été un élément stimulateur de la croissance économique.
