Within an organizational setting characterized by a continuous production or services evolution and known by the emergence of a new era of information technologies, the leaders/managers are in the obligation to seek an optimal management mode by practicing a layback and a critical scrutiny of their managerial strategies. The application of the coaching method is hence regarded as practical tool box capable of stimulating the professional action by pushing forward the managers to use a variety of actions able to generate new behaviours more appropriate and more beneficial than those already practiced by the managers.

Abstract

Dans un monde organisationnel connu par une évolution permanente de production ou de services, vu par l’essor d’une nouvelle ère des technologies de l’information, les dirigeants/managers se doivent l’obligation de trouver un mode de fonctionnement optimal, et ce en prenant du recul par rapport à leurs stratégies managériales. Le recours au coaching au sein de l’organisation, se voit comme une boite à outils pratique pour stimuler la bonne façon de l’agir professionnel, et ce, en poussant les managers à adopter une multitude d’actions qui pourront les mener vers de nouveaux comportements plus adéquats et plus rentables à ceux déjà adoptés.
