This scientific publishing consisted to evaluate the relationship between chemical structure and pharmacalogical activities of Leucas Martinisensis extracts, an ant-diarrheic plant of Bushi. To arrive there we proceeded by thin layer chromatography using two standards moderns drugs used in diarrheic dieses treatment. Final result revealed spot of analogical retention factor (Rf) with the standards drugs used, such as Cyprofloxacin®, Negrame®. This result leaded us to conclude that there are similarities between some principles ingredients contained in Leucas Martinisensis plant and the witness modern drugs used in treatment of diarrheic dieses.

Abstract

Le présent travail a consisté à l’évaluation de la relation entre structure chimique et activité pharmacologique des extraits de Leucas Martinisensis, une plante anti-diarrhéique du Bushi. Pour y parvenir, nous avons procédé par une chromatographie comparative sur couche mince en prenant comme témoin deux médicaments modernes dont un antibiotique (Cyprofloxacin®) et un Quinolone (Négrame®), médicaments utilisés dans le traitement moderne des maladies anti-diarrhéiques. Les résultats obtenus ont révélé certains spots de même longueur c'est-à-dire de même Rf que les standards. Ce qui a conduit à la conclusion selon laquelle il existe une similarité entre certains principes actifs de la plante Leucas Martinisensis et ceux des témoins considérés dans le traitement moderne des maladies diarrhéiques.
