Given the complexity of the internal and external environment of business, the manager's role must pass from a payer structure to a wider structure to guide his teams to the resonance. The manager must have different management styles in his toolbox and emotionally intelligent to lead his team to a high emotional tone and successfully create the resonance.

Abstract

Face à la complexité de l’environnement interne et externe de l’entreprise le rôle du manager doit passer d’une structure de donneur d’ordre à une structure plus étendue afin de guider ses équipes vers la résonnance. Le manager doit avoir les différents styles de management dans sa boîte à outil et être intelligent émotionnellement afin d’entraîner son équipe vers une tonalité émotionnelle élevée et réussir à créer la résonnance.
