A systematic ordering of the maps and plane has been led in the library of the Research Center in Natural Sciences of Lwiro. The methods used are the following: observation method and interpretation that consisted to the numbering of maps by domain and identification with numbering of the maps without scale and cards with scale. A total of 1.530 maps were classified: regional maps: 1 101 maps with 192 maps without scale; 159 geophysical maps in which 35 without scale; 64 geological maps in which 5 without scale; 32 maps of medical entomology in which 6 without scale and 175 maps without title (theme) and without scale; either a total of 413 maps without scale against 1.116 maps with scale that means having a domain and a scale (complete maps).

Un classement systématique des cartes et plans a été mené dans la cartothèque du Centre de Recherche en Sciences Naturelles de Lwiro. Les méthodes utilisées sont les suivantes : Méthode d'observation et d'interprétation qui a consisté au dénombrement des cartes par domaine et identification avec dénombrement des cartes sans échelle et cartes avec échelle. L'étude est réalisée dans la cartothèque du centre de recherche en sciences naturelles de lwiro Au total 1 530 Cartes étaient classées : cartes régionales : 1 101 cartes avec 192 cartes sans échelle ; 159 cartes géophysiques dont 35 sans échelle ; 64 cartes géologiques dont 5 sans échelle ; 32 cartes d'entomologie médicale dont 6 sans échelle et 175 cartes sans titre (thème) et sans échelle ; soit un total de 413 cartes sans échelle contre 1 116 cartes avec échelle c'est-à-dire ayant un domaine et une échelle (cartes complètes).
