The objective of this contribution is to study the effect of different concentrations of a systemic herbicide Cossack on some antioxidant activities among the durum wheat (Triticum durum Desf.).
The results indicate the existence of an oxidative stress generated by the herbicide on the varieties studied, proportional to the concentration used. Faces of the stress present, plants of wheat mobilize antioxidant systems different from one variety to another allowing you to determine the response and the degree of tolerance of each cultivar.

Abstract

L'objectif de cette contribution est d'étudier l'effet de différentes concentrations d'un herbicide systémique Cossack sur quelques activités antioxydantes chez le blé dur (Triticum durum Desf.).
Les résultats obtenus révèlent l'existence d'un stress oxydatif généré par l'herbicide sur les variétés étudiées, proportionnel à la concentration utilisée. Face au stress présent, les plantules de blé mobilisent des systèmes antioxydant différents d'une variété à une autre permettant ainsi de déterminer la réponse et le degré de tolérance de chaque cultivar.
