This article presents the results of the development of an enterprise resources management referential. This referential is an inspiration to the principles of the system of quality management mainly process approach, leadership, employee involvement and the continuous improvement loop (Plan, Do, Cheek and Act). We considered four types of resources, human resources, material resources, information system and enterprise providers. This may be considered as a practical guide for the implementation of the process of resource management of the company, as audit questionnaire and guidelines for improving the process.

Abstract

Cet article présente les résultats des travaux de développement d'un référentiel de management des ressources pour les entreprises. Ce référentiel est une inspiration des principes du système de management de la qualité, principalement l'approche processus, le leadership, l'implication du personnel et la boucle d'amélioration continue (Planifier, faire, vérifier et améliorer). Nous avons considéré quatre types de ressource à savoir, les ressources humaines, les ressources matérielles, le système d'information et les fournisseurs de l'entreprise. Cette contribution peut être considérée comme guide pratique pour la mise en place du processus de management des ressources de l'entreprise, comme questionnaire d'audit et lignes directrices pour l'amélioration de ce processus.
