In this article, we focused on the evaluation of the engineering process of the formation of collectors within the ONEP. This study is based on the technique of semi-structured interview which allowed us to investigate, how deep the ideas and perceptions of resource persons about a number of issues relating to the management of engineering from the training. The completion of this work has allowed us to analyze the different training engineering practices from the analysis of training needs to the evaluation and monitoring of training, through the design and implementation training activities in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the training system for collectors of ONEP in order to improve it. The results of our work have shown that the assessment remains the weak link of collectors training engineering processes within the office, to the extent that it would require many advances to improve its effectiveness.

Abstract

Dans le présent article, nous nous sommes intéressés à l’évaluation du processus d’ingénierie de la formation des encaisseurs au sein de l’ONEP. Cette étude est basée sur la technique de l’entretien semi-structuré qui nous a permis d’investiguer, de façon profonde les idées et les perceptions des personnes ressources à propos d’un certain nombre de questions relatives à la gestion de l’ingénierie de la formation. L’accomplissement de ce travail nous a permis d’analyser les différentes pratiques d’ingénierie de formation allant de l’analyse des besoins en formation jusqu’à l’évaluation et le suivi de la formation, en passant par la conception et la réalisation des actions de formation et ce afin de dégager les points forts et les faiblesses du système de formation des encaisseurs de l’ONEP dans le but de l’améliorer. Les résultats de notre travail ont montré que l’évaluation reste le maillon faible du processus d’ingénierie de formation des encaisseurs au sein de l’office, dans la mesure où elle exigerait plusieurs avancées pour améliorer son efficacité.
