In Mudaka group, one of the 14 groups of the chiefdom of Kabare, jobless and uneducated young people engage in the sale of the lands that have left them their parents. They squander the money thus obtained easily in trivia: the abuse of alcoholic and even strongly alcoholic, attendance of the daughters of joy etc... Unhappy, these young people take the direction of the market of Mudaka, of the town of Bukavu where they become a porte-faix or domestic not forgetting those travelling in the territory of Mwenga for artisanal mining precious metals. This sad situation is that field work suffer the lack of juvenile labor. To stop this true human bloodletting, the Congolese State supported by NGDOS both local, provincial, national and international, should create of male and female occupations Learning Centers to reduce the youth unemployment at the level of both sexes. Thus the group of Mudaka located 15 km north of the town of Bukavu on the road to Goma and Walikale will recover his old face, i.e. of the colonial era. At this time, this group was one of the granaries of the Kivu province in general and of the town of Bukavu in particular.

Dans le groupement de Mudaka, l’un des 14 groupements de la Chefferie de Kabare, des jeunes sans emplois et sans instruction s’adonnent à la vente des terres que leur ont laissées leurs parents. Ils dilapident l’argent ainsi obtenu facilement dans des futilités : la consommation abusive des boissons alcoolisées et même fortement alcoolisées, la fréquentation des filles de joie etc… Malheureux, ces jeunes gens prennent la direction du Marché de Mudaka, de la ville de Bukavu où ils deviennent des porte-faix ou des domestiques sans oublier ceux qui se rendent dans le territoire de Mwenga pour l’exploitation artisanale des métaux précieux. Cette triste situation fait que les travaux champêtres souffrent du manque d’une main d’œuvre juvénile. Pour arrêter cette véritable saignée humaine, l’Etat Congolais appuyé par des ONGD tant locales, provinciales, nationales qu’internationales, devra créer des Centres d’Apprentissage des métiers aussi bien masculins que féminins en vue de résorber le chômage des jeunes au niveau des deux sexes. Ainsi le groupement de Mudaka situé à 15km au Nord de la ville de Bukavu sur la route de Goma et de Walikale recouvrera son visage d’antan, c’est-à-dire de l’époque coloniale. A ce moment-là, ce groupement était l’un des greniers de la province du Kivu en général et de la ville de Bukavu en particulier.
