Abstract
With the resulting one from analysis of the data of this study whose objective is to make an inventory of fixtures of the management of solid waste of care of health at the general hospital of reference of Wangata for an evaluation of the effectiveness of the whole of the system finally making it possible to estimate if the construction of the furnace with incineration entered within the framework of a management systemic and planned for a solution total and durable, it arises however that the system of management is not effective, and that the construction of the furnace with incineration was only one emergency intervention with an only aim of eliminating the wild discharges and the unpleasant odors. Abstract: (french)
