The mining extraction occupies an important place in Democratic Republic of Congo. It is an economic activity that touches some thousand of Congolese. In the North-Kivu Province, to the occurrence, the mining exploitation is a source of the essential incomes for a few hundreds of the thousands of families. Thus, in Masisi territory, the casual artisanal mining exploitation uses more 3000 young, of which a big number comes of other regions in search of a permanent or seasonal use. While undertaking this survey, we wanted to detect the different dark ways in which left the income of these mining products of our object of survey and to measure the level of investment, of saving as well as the mind of initiative in relation to the creation of other units of production of the population of Rubaya. To harvest the data the technique of the questionnaire as well as the methods statistical, inductive and comparative us useful summer. Also, the software packages Eviews 3.1 and SPSS 16.0 allowed us to make analyses économétriques of the survey. The results show that the mining extraction of Rubaya doesn't constitute the main activity for the population of Rubaya because we found that there is also the mining operators who exercise other activities such as : trade, agriculture, raising and the salaried work. The impact of the artisanal mining exploitation on the life style of the creuseurs of Rubaya is positive according to the found results. We met that so much Didgers don't consume all of their income, but on the contrary, they also save as investment.

L’extraction minière occupe une place importante en République Démocratique du Congo. Elle est une activité économique qui touche des milliers de congolais. Dans la Province du Nord-Kivu, à l’occurrence, l’exploitation minière est une source des revenus essentielle pour quelques centaines des milliers de familles. Ainsi, dans le Territoire de Masisi, l’exploitation minière artisanale informelle emploie plus de 3000 jeunes, dont un grand nombre viennent d’autres régions à la recherche d’un emploi permanent ou saisonnier. En entreprenant cette étude, nous avons voulu détecter les différentes voies obscures dans lesquelles sont reparties les revenus de ces produits miniers et mesurer le niveau d’investissement, d’épargne ainsi que l’esprit d’initiative par rapport à la création d’autres unités de production de la population de Rubaya. Pour récolter les données la technique du questionnaire ainsi que les méthodes statistique, inductive et comparative nous ont été utiles. Aussi, les progiciels Eviews 3.1 et SPSS 16.0 nous ont permis de faire des analyses économétriques de l’étude. Les résultats montrent que l’extraction minière de Rubaya ne constitue pas l’activité principale pour la population de Rubaya car nous avons trouvé qu’il ya aussi les exploitants miniers qui exercent d’autres activités comme le commerce, l’agriculture, l’élevage et la travail salarié. L’impact de l’exploitation minière artisanale sur le mode de vie des creuseurs de Rubaya est positif d’après les résultats trouvés. Nous avons rencontré que tant de creuseurs ne consomment pas la totalité de leur revenu, mais au contraire, épargnent aussi sous forme d’investissement.
