It appears increasingly clear that organizations which develop collaborative approaches managers - staff are those will go through the years of great socio-political economic turmoil of the late 20th century and early 21st century. Prevent conflicts and strikes are not enough for the smooth running of the organization's projects, in particular the quality approach project. This is to avoid the demobilization of personnel, considerable scourge manage to avoid failure of such change at the organizational level. HRM policy must be part of the time and only incidentally take individual decisions which have no significant impact on the long term. This article discusses different concepts and aspects of the mobilization of personnel required in the specific context of conducting a quality approach, approached as a change in the quality to lead.

Il apparaît de plus en plus évident que ce seront avant tout les organisations qui développent des approches de collaborations managers – personnel qui pourront passer au travers les années de grandes perturbations socio politico-économiques de la fin du 20ème siècle et début 21ème siècle. Prévenir les conflits et les grèves ne suffit plus à la bonne marche des projets de l’organisation, celui de démarche qualité en l’occurrence. Il s’agit d’éviter la « démobilisation » du personnel, fléau considérable à gérer pour éviter l’échec d’un tel changement au niveau de l’organisation. La politique de GRH doit s’inscrire dans la durée et ne prendre qu’accessoirement des décisions ponctuelles qui n’ont pas d’incidences significatives sur le long terme. Cet article aborde des différents concepts et aspects de la mobilisation du personnel requise dans le contexte spécifique de conduite d’une démarche de qualité, approchée comme un changement par la qualité à mener.
