We propose in this paper shed light on the concepts of "Risk" and "Risk management" through a synthesis of the various theoretical and empirical studies dealing with these notions. Also, a survey was conducted on a sample of Moroccan companies to determine their perception of risk and the different characteristics of their approach to risk management.

Abstract

Nous proposons dans cet article de mettre la lumière sur les concepts « Risque » et « Risk management » à travers une synthèse des différents travaux théoriques et empiriques traitant de ces notions. Aussi, une enquête a été menée sur un échantillon d'entreprises marocaines afin de déterminer leur perception du risque ainsi que les différentes spécificités de leur démarche de gestion du risque.
