Abstract


This research is a « post-study ». It is conducted in Kimbanguist secondary schools from Bukavu town, for the school year 2019-2020. It conveys the problematical styles of leadership in Kimbanguist school headmasters, in Bukavu town: Analysis of the education freebie effects. After analysis, interpretation and discussion of the findings, results; we can notice that the school manager headmasters use the style « let them do as they want » and teachers have features of clamoring lack of professional consciousness on while exercising their functions in teaching.

Cette recherche est une « pré-étude ». Elle est menée dans les écoles secondaires Kimbanguistes de la ville de Bukavu pour l’année scolaire 2019-2020. Elle porte sur « la problématique des styles de leadership scolaire des chefs d’établissements des écoles secondaires Kimbanguistes, ville de Bukavu: analyse des effets de la gratuité de l’enseignement ». Après analyse, interprétation et discussion des résultats; nous constatons que les chefs d’établissements utilisent le style « laisser-aller » et les enseignants sont caractérisés par le manque criant de la conscience professionnelle au cours de l’exercice de leurs fonctions.
